The International Conference on Communications (ICC) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society. The theme of this year’s edition in Shanghai is “Empowering Intelligent Communications”. The conference will offer five days of paper presentations, tutorials, workshops, keynotes, demonstrations, industry panels, and social events.
